Apricot Balls

  • 1 c. of dried apricots
  • 1/2 c. of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. of oat bran
  • 1/4 c. of skim milk powder
  • 2 T. boiling water


Step 1

Chop the apricots in the food processor into small pieces.

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients (Coconut, oat-bran , skim milk powder and boiling water).

Step 3

Blend mixture again in processor. The mixture will be tacky and roll easily into balls.

Step 4

Roll into balls and cover in coconut. Store in refrigerator.
