Ingredients

  • 2 organic carrots
  • 2 T. butter
  • fresh thyme
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Peel carrots and slice diagonally. Boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes or until tender.

Step 2

Drain, toss with butter and fresh thyme. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
