Hawaiian Chicken

  • 2 organic boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 T. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 T. mirin
  • 3 T. saki
  • 2 T. raw honey
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • a couple dashes of ground ginger


Step 1

Mix all liquids and spice in a zip lock bag until combined and add chicken. Marinate for at least 2-3 hours in refrigerator.

Step 2

Rub grates of grill with oil. Grill chicken for 5-8 minutes on each side over medium heat. Use tongs to turn chicken; do not pierce chicken. As soon as chicken is done remove and top with grilled pineapple slices.
