Peach Bellini

This is definitely in the “Splurge Recipe” category, but oh so good.


  • 2 cans of Jumex Peach Nectar
  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • 1 pkg. frozen peaches (keep frozen until ready to use)


Step 1

Put the frozen peaches in a pitcher. At this point you can sprinkle peaches with a bit of sugar if you prefer a sweeter drink.

Step 2

Pour peach nectar and Prosecco over the frozen peaches. Serve.

Step 3

*Optional, add a fresh slice of peach, a raspberry and a mint leaf to the glass before serving.
