Rotisserie Chicken

This lovely chicken recipe was created by my husband. He is not into clean eating so it uses spices that are not totally clean, but are totally tasty, so I thought I would share. It is foolproof as long as you already know how to roast a chicken on the turning stick thingy on the grill!!


  • 1 very plump chicken, less than 5 lbs.
  • Lawry's Perfect Blend Seasoning *see picture below


Step 1

Remove any chicken parts from cavity. Rinse chicken inside and out and pat dry. Insert rotisserie spit through chicken, neck to feet. Truss chicken with string. Liberally season outside of chicken with seasoning.

Step 2

Grill for 90 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees.

Step 3

When juices begin to flow freely from chicken is a good sign it is done. Remove and serve.
