This is a delicious dressing for Coconut Chicken Salad or dip for Pecan Crusted Chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard

 

Method

Step 1

Whisk all vinaigrette ingredients.

Step 2

Heat dressing in the microwave a few seconds and serve.
