- 2 Dover Sole Filets, Wild Caught
- 1 T. Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 1 T. Butter
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
Rinse fish filets with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat. Sprinkle fish with seasonings and then add to pan. Saute for 3-4 minutes per side. Fish is very fragile so carefully flip only once.
Remove fish and place on paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve immediately.
