Wild Caught Dover Sole

  • 2 Dover Sole Filets, Wild Caught
  • 1 T. Extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 T. Butter
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder


Step 1

Rinse fish filets with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat. Sprinkle fish with seasonings and then add to pan. Saute for 3-4 minutes per side. Fish is very fragile so carefully flip only once.

Step 3

Remove fish and place on paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve immediately.
