Ziziki Kale Chips

Here is another recipe using Zaziki’s seasoning.


  • bunch of kale leaves
  • virgin olive oil
  • fresh ground pepper
  • himylayan salt
  • Zizikis seasoning (*blend of Greek oregano, garlic, salt and pepper)


Step 1

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. After washing kale make sure it is totally dry before mixing it with the other ingredients. Mix everything together and toss until all the leaves are coated.

Step 2

Spread kale on the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Try to get all the leaves in a single layer and not all piled up; they will cook much better that way. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Just keep checking for crispness. Remove and let air dry which will make them even more crispy. Serve when cool.
