This blog is all about my quest to eat clean, non-processed food that actually tastes good. Of course, I am not 100% there yet and probably never will be. I have, as they say, made a life change with the mind set that to be successful at eating healthy you have to let yourself slide every once in a while. Those are called splurge days and the way to handle them successfully is to go for it full force for the whole day. Get it out of your system and then get right back to clean eating the next day. The nice thing about a splurge is that it will remind you how overeating unhealthy food usually makes you fill like one of those flying balloon animals in the Macy's Thanksgiving parade, making it that much easier the next day to go back to good eating.
